Originally, the plan was to create pancakes or waffles for breakfast, but toast won out—proving to be a fantastic choice. These crostini exceeded expectations, with rave reviews from everyone who tried them. They are a must-try!
As for today, it was the first day back to school. Though I only attended a meeting, it was a nice, easy start. I’m also back to swimming lessons, which I missed dearly! It was an exhausting but rewarding session, and I can’t wait for the next class.
On the downside, I forgot my towel. Trying to put on skinny jeans with wet legs is not recommended—trust me on this! Thankfully, the delicious crostini made it all worthwhile.
