Ingredients
- 1.34 lbs organic ground beef or ground turkey
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 (8 oz) box Banza Chickpea Rotini (or similar chickpea pasta)
- 1 handful grape tomatoes, halved
- Shredded cheddar cheese for topping

Instructions
- Brown the ground beef over medium-high heat.
- Add chili powder, cumin, salt, and onion powder, stirring to combine.
- In a separate pot, bring water to a boil and cook the rotini as directed. Drain well.
- For Kids: Place the plain rotini on a plate, then top with ground beef, shredded cheddar, and grape tomatoes. If preferred, serve each ingredient separately.
