    Instructions

    • Prepare the Bananas:
      Cut the ripe bananas into pieces and mash them in a food processor or blender. Add the juice of half a lemon to prevent browning, blending until you achieve a thick paste.
    • Mix Dry Ingredients:
      In a separate bowl, sift 350 grams of all-purpose flour and mix in 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
    • Cream Butter and Sugar:
      Add 200 grams of softened butter to the flour mixture and gradually incorporate 300 grams of granulated sugar, mixing until well combined.
    • Combine Yogurt and Eggs:
      Lightly beat 300 grams of natural yogurt. If the yogurt is too thick, add a few spoonfuls of milk to thin it out. Add 4 large eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
    • Combine Ingredients:
      Pour the yogurt and egg mixture into the butter and flour mixture. Then, fold in the mashed bananas, ensuring all ingredients are well integrated and homogeneous.
    • Preheat the Oven:
      Preheat your oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
    • Prepare the Cake Pan:
