    • 8 slices of Paleo Bread (use your preferred thickness)
    • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
    • 4 large eggs
    • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
    • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
    • Butter or coconut oil for frying
