    Ingredients

    • 1.34 lbs organic ground beef or ground turkey
    • 1 tsp chili powder
    • 1 tsp cumin
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tbsp onion powder
    • 1 (8 oz) box Banza Chickpea Rotini (or similar chickpea pasta)
    • 1 handful grape tomatoes, halved
    • Shredded cheddar cheese for topping

    Instructions

    1. Brown the ground beef over medium-high heat.
    2. Add chili powder, cumin, salt, and onion powder, stirring to combine.
    3. In a separate pot, bring water to a boil and cook the rotini as directed. Drain well.
    4. For Kids: Place the plain rotini on a plate, then top with ground beef, shredded cheddar, and grape tomatoes. If preferred, serve each ingredient separately.
    5. For Adults: Mix the remaining rotini, seasoned beef, and ½ cup cheddar cheese in the warm skillet. Stir thoroughly until well combined.
    6. Garnish with fresh tomato halves before serving.
