    Instructions

    1. Prepare the Yeast:
      • Combine warm milk with a pinch of sugar and yeast. Let it bloom for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
    2. Mix the Dough:
      • In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Add the yeast mixture, softened butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until a soft, slightly sticky dough forms.
    3. Knead the Dough:
      • Knead by hand or with a mixer for 8-10 minutes until the dough becomes smooth and elastic.
    4. First Rise:
      • Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
    5. Prepare the Filling:
      • Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, melted butter, pecans, and salt in a bowl.

      • Roll out the dough, spread the filling evenly, and roll it tightly. Place in greased loaf pans, seam side down.
    7. Second Rise:
      • Let the shaped dough rise for another 30 minutes.
